Estate Planning Documents

When one contemplates estate planning they are generally three documents at issue:

  1. last will and testament
  2. power of attorney
  3. advanced directive

If there is Federal and/or Maryland estate tax exposure or property in multiple jurisdictions or the desire to avoid probate, then the use of an additional document called a revocable living trust may be warranted.

Each estate planning document is unique to each family as each family has their own need. Since our firm challenges improper estate planning documents, we make our documents safe from attack by unscrupulous relatives.
